Our Year 5 and 6 pupils took part in engaging drama workshops based on Farmer and the Clown, generously funded by ArtSpace. These sessions offered a fantastic opportunity for children to immerse themselves in the performing arts—an especially meaningful experience as the show was developed right here in the Forest of Dean.
Throughout the day, the children enthusiastically explored a variety of roles, showcasing their creativity and theatrical talents. The workshops culminated in a special performance of Farmer and the Clown by the talented actors, which children and parents thoroughly enjoyed.
It was a memorable day that highlighted the importance of arts in education and the power of local storytelling.
