Published 20/03/26✨ We love seeing our pupils out and about in our local community!
This week, children in Years 1–2 and Years 5–6 have been visiting St Stephen’s Church to learn more about the Easter story.
🕊️ Years 5/6 took part in a special Easter Experience, where church members led a series of engaging sessions to help them explore the Christian meaning of Easter.
🌼 Years 1/2 enjoyed their own visit, learning about Easter traditions and helping to decorate an Easter cross with beautiful flower creations as part of the church’s seasonal celebrations.
A huge thank you to St Stephen’s Church for welcoming our pupils and creating such memorable learning experiences! 💛

Published 02/03/26Well done to our Girl's football team. On Friday they took part in a tournament with local schools despite many of them never having played a competitive match before. The girls thoroughly enjoyed their experience and we are super proud of how well they supported each other. 1 draw and 3 lost but some incredible teamwork.

Published 23/02/26KS1 have experienced an airport today. Classrooms were turned into makeshift airports with children having to pass through security and passport control, check their bags in and board a plane. A great experience for them.

Published 23/02/26Today we were visited by staff from Dene Magna to launch their Science Fayre competition with our older children. They led an engaging assembly for the children with live science demonstrations! The winners will take part in the science Fayre at Dene Magna.

Published 12/02/26On Monday Eagles class were invited into the community cafe in Hilltops Children and Families Centre to read and drink hot chocolate. It was a wonderful session which the children thoroughly enjoyed. There is nothing better than getting cost with a book!
